Warranty, Exchange & Return Policy

Warranty Policy: We proudly offer a 1-year warranty that covers color change only.

Please note:

•This warranty does not cover misuse or physical damage, including but not limited to breakage, cuts, bending, or improper handling.

•Damage caused by accidents, negligence, or incorrect use is not included under the warranty.

Exchange & Return Policy

•Exchange or return requests are accepted within 24 hours of receiving your order.

•Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition, exactly as received. Fees & Processing Time

•A fee of 100 EGP applies to all exchange or return requests.

•Once approved, the exchange or return process takes 2 to 5 business days to be completed.

Important Notes:

•Any item showing signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted.

•We reserve the right to refuse any exchange or return that does not meet the above conditions.
